Pratyush Choudhary, CEO, AVMSPL

Joined the family business as a young and dynamic youth of 21 years. Over the past two decades, his impeccable technical and analytical knowledge has enabled him to establish AVMSPL as one of the most trusted chemical sourcing and marketing companies in India.

His journey over these years has been a story of engineering excellence and strategic evolution as he expanded his footprints both nationally and internationally to diversify the product portfolio.

Priti Choudhary, Director, AVMSPL

Priti joined as director of AVMSPL and leapt into the entrepreneurial life with a mission to fulfill her husbands vision, of creating one of Eastern Indias leading chemical trading companies.

The duo has not only shown how single-minded dedication and innovation can be a game changer for SMB business, but has also demonstrated how a family business can be grown multifold and yet retain its core values.

We are proud of our male and female co-workers, who with their team spirit and enthusiasm have helped us grow our company manifold, she asserts.

Her experience of being a mother, a business development rep and an administrative head has helped her build her own path.
